8. To the guest who has a disability certificate:We will check the disability certificate at the entrance gate, please come with your accompanying person.

9. For safety reasons, wheelchairs may not enter some areas or experience some artworks. Wheelchair users may be asked to wait, as the limited entry number of wheelchairs.
10. A child under 140cm in height must be accompanied by at least one adult with a ticket. 1 adult may accompany up to 2 children including children with free admission.
     *Children under 100cm in height are free of charge.
11. Prohibited Items:
      ○ Any items that are 50 cm or longer must be stored in a coin-operated locker or luggage storage.
      ○ Strollers must be stored in the luggage storage.
      ○ Hazardous items, smelly items, fresh flowers, etc.
      ○ Any drinks with no caps or covers.
      ○ Any other items deemed to be hazardous by the staff.
12. For safety reasons, pregnant women may not be able to experience some of the artworks.
13. Be aware that the facility is dark with uneven ground and unsteady footing. Be aware of the actions of people with you and around you. If you have young children, please watch them closely for their safety.
14. For safety reasons, people wearing unstable shoes such as high-heeled shoes/sandals are not allowed to enter.
15. No smoking, drinking, or eating (including candy and gum) in the exhibition spaces.
16. Taking photos and videos is allowed, but please be careful not to cause disturbance to other guests.Please refrain from using flash.
17. Photo shooting for commercial purposes is not permitted without prior permission.
18. Anyone who is ill or drunk will not be allowed entry.
19. Using a monopod, tripod, selfie stick, etc., is not allowed.
20. No re-entry with the same ticket after leaving the venue.
ARTIST
teamLab
teamLab (f. 2001) is an international art collective. Their collaborative practice seeks to navigate the confluence of art, science, technology, and the natural world. Through art, the interdisciplinary group of specialists, including artists, programmers, engineers, CG animators, mathematicians, and architects, aims to explore the relationship between the self and the world, and new forms of perception.

In order to understand the world around them, people separate it into independent entities with perceived boundaries between them. teamLab seeks to transcend these boundaries in our perceptions of the world, of the relationship between the self and the world, and of the continuity of time. Everything exists in a long, fragile yet miraculous, borderless continuity.

teamLab exhibitions have been held in cities worldwide, including New York, London, Paris, Singapore, Silicon Valley, Beijing, and Melbourne among others. teamLab museums and large-scale permanent exhibitions include teamLab Borderless and teamLab Planets in Tokyo, teamLab Borderless Shanghai, and teamLab SuperNature Macao, with more to open in cities including Abu Dhabi, Beijing, Hamburg, Jeddah, and Utrecht.
