• Notes on Ticket Purchases 
  All prices include tax.
  Advance tickets can also be purchased from the Shimane Art Museum website.
  Only Shimane Art Museum Passport members do not need to select a specific date and time.
  If there are any available slots on the day of your visit, you may purchase tickets on the day of your visit at the General Reception Desk.
  No cancellations will be accepted after purchase has been completed.
  Children (junior high school students and younger) must be accompanied by a parent or guardian 20 years of age or older.
  We are not responsible for any injury, loss, damage, or any other trouble that may occur during the use of this exhibition.
  Please be aware that you may be asked to wait more than one hour for admission during busy times.
  Please be sure to have a representative remain with you when you leave the standby line.
  Please allow enough time for your schedule to allow you to enter the venue. Please allow plenty of time for your visit.
  Resale of tickets is prohibited.
  The Museum will not be held responsible in such cases.
  
  Notes on visiting the museum
  Re-entry after admission is not permitted.
  Strollers are not allowed in the exhibition rooms.
  Wheelchairs are allowed to enter the exhibition halls, but for safety reasons, some of the works cannot be experienced.
  Visitors in poor physical condition or intoxicated are not permitted to enter.
  Photography and video are allowed, but please be careful not to disturb other visitors.
  Please do not use monopods, tripods, selfie sticks, or other auxiliary equipment for filming.
  Please be aware that various media may cover and film the event. If you do not agree to be photographed, please ask a staff member nearby.
  Please do not film or photograph for commercial purposes without prior consent.
  Please follow the instructions of the staff. Failure to do so may result in your being asked to leave the venue.
  Please take precautions against infectious diseases.
